How to Use:

Halo Glow Silky Powder Highlighter:

1. Swirl the High Points Highlighter Brush into powder highlighter.
2. Tap the brush to remove any excess powder.
3. Gently sweep the brush across high points of face: cheekbones, brow bones, cupid’s bow, or anywhere else you like a little extra glow.
4. For a seamless glow, apply after foundation, concealer, contour/bronzer, blush and setting/finishing powder.
